Joyce Mogeni is a native of Kenya who immigrated to the United States, where she earned nearly every nursing degree. She possesses a steadfast commitment to the nursing industry and is fueled by a desire to transform the healthcare industry.

After 20 years as a registered nurse, Joyce pivoted her career to help resolve the inadequacies she witnessed in long-term care for the senior population. Her mission was to remove the worry often felt by families in need of continuous care for beloved family members.

With that mission in mind, Joyce founded Divine Healing Home Care in 2015.

Today, her thriving business is the fastest-growing healthcare agency in Minnesota, with 200+ employees and contractors. It is revered for its superior care, wide-ranging services, and focus on ensuring the comfort, independence, and dignity of every vulnerable adult. 

Joyce is the 2023 Women Enterprising Women Honoree, 2022 Women of Color Achievement Awardee and the recipient of the Voices Magazine Achievement Award. Her many certifications include Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), Winona State University’s Public Health Nursing, Pinnacle Global Network, and the Metropolitan Economic Development Association’s (MEDA) Small Business Entrepreneurship mini-MBA program. Additionally, Joyce is a proud member of the Women’s Presidents Organization (WPO) and Women Elevating Women (W.E.W).
